Owing to his excellent guidance & vision, the miniature enterprise took the form of a gigantic coal trading empire ‘Osho Energy’. Considering his contribution to the Indian export-import coal market, he was awarded with the ‘Most Successful Exporter’ title in 2001.

Mr. Gagan Agarwal is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Osho Energy. He pursued MBA from Western Illinois University. Gagan is a result-oriented leader with proven history of bringing analytical insights and pragmatic solutions to key business challenges. For more than 20 years, Gagan has repeatedly demonstrated his capabilities as a global transformational leader – combining business acumen with strong financial discipline, innovative marketing strategies and development across multiple vertical industries.

Capt. Sanjay Goel is the executive director of Osho Energy. An ace Mariner by qualification, Capt. Goel is a highly competent shipping professional with over 25 years of experience in shipping, international logistics, lighter age operations of bulk cargo and port operations with organizations of repute. He leads the Shipping, Sales and Marketing operations of Osho Energy. Capt. Goel’s zeal to excel and optimistic nature demonstrated a successful progression over the years.

Mr. H. S. Kapila is the Head Legal at Osho Energy. He is a Law graduate and a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr. Kapila has more than 20 years of experience in providing advice on various legal aspects to corporates. At Osho he analyzes and identifies the legal risks and implications of all the business’s transactions, keeping the senior management in all departments of the business informed of developments in laws and regulations that potentially affect it. Mr. Kapila does this by providing proactive, in-depth, legal, business-focused advice to the company, as well as implementing initiatives and processes in order to set standards and reinforce a culture of integrity, quality, ethical behaviour and responsibility.
CAPT. AJAY CHAUHAN

Capt. Ajay Chauhan is the Director of Osho Energy. He is a Mariner by profession and have been serving top-notch shipping companies in bulk carriers and containers. Capt. Chauhan has been associated with Osho Energy from past 14-15 years in shipping and coal trading. He along with Mr. V K Agrawal pioneered the new concept of waste coal business after years of hard work and patience. Osho Energy is grateful for his contribution and commitment he has been exhibiting all these years.
